Context:
City CV is an international career consultancy, outplacement and professional services firm offering writing and coaching services to individuals and organisations across the world. Thanks to the firm’s continued growth in 2020, City CV found themselves in need of a skilled social media marketing manager to take ownership of the digital side of the business and service their B2B and B2C needs across all of their online channels.
The Challenge:
Ever one for a challenge, Girl About Social set about managing the entirety of City CV’s digital presence, from Facebook, to Linkedin to Twitter, whilst also strategizing new ways to attract and win fresh B2B and B2C clients. Using a combination of traditional and innovative marketing strategies, Girl About Social worked to promote City CV’s services and increase overall engagement across their various platforms.The Results:
In just 30 days, Girl About Social increased Linkedin page views by 33%, likes by 81%, and clicks to the website from Linkedin by 58%. Using a sales tool called Dux Soup, Girl About Social was also able to generate broad interest in thought leadership articles sent out by the company, with 30 out of 88 people who read the article subsequently setting up a meeting to discuss outplacement services.
